Nikon Announced D3300 18-55 Kit and 35mm F/1.8G on CES 2014

CES2014 is the first important exhibition of 2014. Like other electronice companies, camera manufactures announced their new products on it. Samsung's WB2200F, Polaroid's Socialmatic, Panasonic 4K mirrorless, and Nikon's D3300.

Generally speaking, only D3300 and 4K mirrorless can be said as big news on CES. Samsung's camera's censor is too small while Polaroid's product will be on market at fall.

For the choice of new carbon fiber materials, D3300 is much lighter than the previous D3200, the new kit lens AF-S DX Nikkor 18-55mm F/3.5-5.6G VR II is also 30% smaller and 20% lighter.

On the other hand, the AF-S 35MM F/1.8G fills the blank of economical prime lens group (28mm, 50mm, and 85mm F/1.8G).
