United Kingdom National Portrait Gallery has just announced the 2013 year Taylor Wessing Portrait Photogrpahy Prize winners, United Kingdom photographer Spencer Murphy obtained the first prize this year and 12,000-pound bonus with the photo portrait of an Ireland equestrian athlete (Katie Walsh) .
